It was fun for the kids and adults
Participating in the PGA League helped my daughter improve her golf skills and motivates her to continue playing well. I also noticed my daughter had shown active social skills with her peers while she plays. My daughter used to be shy and laid back. She is now outgoing and even volunteers to help the city park golf programs for young children.
They all look like having such a good time together.
The amount of individual attention to each child is amazing, our coaches KNOW our children and give them what they need in caring and challenging ways.
They are role models and live and teach the Core Values.
Great experience for kids. My kids were so excited to play every week

Great experience for kids of different ages and skill levels.
PGA Jr at Centennial is a wonderful program. It's positive and supportive. I've never had any experience personally with golf, but my son was drawn to it — I love the manners and etiquette required of the young golfers. In comparison to other sports my kids have played, I've been pleasantly surprised at how friendly and accommodating everyone I've encountered has been—at our home course and at others. I highly recommend it.
It's low pressure, encourages teamwork.
Like the way the program is run.
Jane Sirmons Is a fantastic pro. Made it very fun for the kids. The format takes pressure off any individual child and is a great way to keep it fun. Also, the private golf courses the kids played were fantastic (creek, cold spring, Nassau, piping rock)
It’s the best kid program out there
It's a great opportunity for players aged 7 to 13 years old. I wish there was a recreational league for players 13 and up. It seems to get very serious after 13 and then you have to travel a lot. I'd love for more local opportunities.
The league was very well run. Our team's coach was wonderful - very professional and absolutely great with the kids. The league gives kids at a young age a positive exposure to golf. I have recommended this program to several parents. Really great!!!!
It was a great experience for the kids and they really enjoyed trying all the different courses
My son love golf and enjoyed PGA Jr. League competition.
It provides a professional experience for the impressionable young players.
The Pros at Glen Oaks in Old Westbury did an amazing job. They taught the kids well and most importantly taught them to love and respect the game. The competitive but friendly atmosphere proved to be an excellent program for my son.
My daughter enjoyed the format and the pace of play.
It's a great environment for the kids to learn the game.
The instruction, format and camaraderie
Great program! My son enjoyed playing and has now made the High School golf team and continued his love of golf through this program.
