Coach Testimonials
It’s fun for all ability levels and ages
Non pressure Situation that allows children to have fun, experience success and to learn how to win and loose with dignity.
It's such a fun way for kids to learn golf and it promotes teamwork
We love the idea that some of our better Junior Players can pair up with new Junior golfers and help them learn the enjoyment of this great game. I also love that we are getting more young women playing in PGA Junior League.
Keep up the good work.
It would be nice if the online website was a little more user friendly... especially for us to keep things organized. It's been a little tough to navigate.
Sincerely,
Steve
The kids love it and that is all that matters to me.
The great thing with PGA Jr. League was the team format and the juniors didn't feel the pressure by having to play their own ball
The organization, help and support received from the regional directors. Without that support, the administration of the league would be so time consuming that I would not be able to have a PGA Jr. League. At least not at the level I can currently offer it.
Introducing kids to competitive golf, in a fun team format, which also includes time for instruction. The joy in watching kids learn and grow is the best!
I love so much about the PGA Jr. League. The format is perfect, providing players with a taste of competition but with a team aspect limiting pressure. I also enjoy watching the older players mentor the younger players.
That all kids had the availability to play the game in a fun and stress free environment. To see them smile and work together as a team was truly special.
The PGA Jr League, in my opinion, one of the best Youth Development programs put out by the PGA. Of course, it takes a lot of hard work, time, and enthusiasm to do it right and make it successful but it’s so worth it when you see kids falling in love with the game. The beaut thing about the PGA JR League is that it is a team based program, something unique to a game that is, for the most part, a singular sport. The structure and beauty of the program is that it can bring in non golf youth athletes that may want to share an activity with a golfing friend. I love the camaraderie and team environment. It’s a great way to learn the game.
The team environment is one of a kind in junior golf. The energy the kids and parents bring is so much fun!

Great program getting better every year.
Very good program. Introduces competition but not heavy. Parents are involved and watch during matches. Very good format for the kids.
Its a great way for the juniors to play in a competitive way without all the stress. The team idea is a great idea where they can play with friends and share the experience

The team format and the the fact that the entire family comes out to participate or watch.
