I love being able to check in and leave to wait on a text for when the stylist is ready. No wasted time! The atmosphere is friendly and clean and the whole process is just super easy. My son and husband each had 2 different stylists, but they were both exceptional. So, you don't seem to have to worry about getting in with a specific person.
