Good hair cut and done quickly
The fact that as soon as I was brought over to sit in the chair the stylist immediately ran her hands through my hair and was asking me what look we're going with today, I love the fact that the stylist was relaxed enough to throw out suggestions and asked questions (how did others do it?, what do you think about x,y,z?, What do you like?) I love that, other places just look at the paper and start cutting before I can get a word in... it means alot when the stylist listens to they're clients AND even give they're input on things....
The stylists have always been professional and friendly. We have always received great service and good advice regarding what products are best to use and how to use them. Overall consistent results at every location that we have ever visited.
