Took my 3 year old son for a haircut. He isn't a big fan of getting his hair cut (we usually do it at home). The lady who cut his hair did a great job, was very friendly, and put him at ease right away with her smiling face. He sat nicely and she worked quickly so that he was in and out of the chair in just a short time. Would recommend!

I had a great experience with my full MVP. My stylist was awesome and fun and easy to talk to and she did an amazing job from start to finish. It was quick and easy and I got everything I wanted.
The scheduling system did not work, but I called, was able to schedule over the phone and was promptly given my seat at the time scheduled. Angel did a marvelous job and I was extremely pleased with the results. She was a wonderful stylist and was very professional.

The computer schedule screwed up and said I had a 10 minute wait. When in fact, my stylist was leaving for the day, but the computer scheduled me with her anyway. She looked at the schedule and stayed, giving me a great hair cut and resolving what could have been a bad customer experience. Her name was Kaseylea.
