My stylists were great. The appointment took a little longer than I expected only because the stylist was new and I had a lot of hair to get rid of. Because I assumed a shorter time for the appointment, I had to run and asked for them to clean me up really quick so I could get going. They did just that and told me to come in tomorrow and they would finish it at no extra charge. I appreciated their kindness an willing to work with me all while providing great service, a great and welcoming environment. I did come back in and I love how it came out. Both of them were so excited to see me back and be able to finish the job properly, I also got a lot of great hair care tips! Thank you to Pim and Robin in West Fargo, you both were great!

My haircut was what I wanted. Very good job!
Today I just needed a simple "mow the grass" cut. I stopped by, registered at the front desk, was seen in a matter of moments, and had a professional cut done in less than 5 minutes! The lady hair technician knew her stuff, was pleasant to chat with, and even offered other services like a shampoo and rub. Since I was clamped for time, I declined this time, but the next time I may check it out! Pleasant and great service! Highly recommend and I will return again.
