I really like the Downtown Crossing location because the ground has some sort of padding on it and it feels good during cardio. I also really enjoy Patrick's classes there.

What do you like about your CorePower Yoga experience?

I thought this was a cardio / yoga class but it was a yoga class - and I was very ok with that! :)
The instructor was wonderful, I was so sore the next day, really felt great afterwards. Highly recommend and I love CorePower.

Super!
I plan to come back during my next Boston business trip - I will buy a package.
The Yoga Sculpt class was familiar, fast-moving, and challenging for sure!
My goal will be to complete all moves including high knees etc.!
The Kingston studio is a 5 min walk from my Summer Street office, convenient.
Will this site ever offer lunch classes?

I always take Maggie’s Wednesday evening classes and she is excellent! I love how she greets everyone at the door and creates a calm and inviting atmosphere. During her classes she encourages everyone to challenge themselves in their own way. Her workouts and playlists are my favorite! I also like the size of this particular studio - it’s not too big and not too small. It’s always inviting and clean.
