I really like how efficient it is to drop them off or pick up - Easy in and out. The live Cam video of the rooms and outdoors (a few times it has been off line) is great so we can see how they are doing, how they are interacting.
Dogtopia is absolutely fantastic. The entire staff just loves "their" dogs. My little Penelope's tail is always wagging when we arrive!
