Great customer service and haircuts
Amy, at the Wilson location, was absolutely phenomenal with my 10 year old son. She took her time, was very cautious & precise while cutting his hair. She was knowledgeable about how to address tricky hair patterns. He walked out feeling excited and confident. Thank you, Amy, for an amazing experience with a very nervous little boy! ♥️
Your scheduling app SUCKS!!!! Let me make an appt. Tell me if Meek is scheduled or not. Don't make me have to call to find out when she is scheduled this week. Then don't make me have to drive over to find out that her schedule changed and suggest I try to schedule 45 minutes before her shift to start only to find out you cannot do that.., You have to walk back in and wait 45 minutes...
The APP absolutely SUCKS unlike Meek's results.
The other problem is I gain a relationship with a stylist and then all of the sudden they are not on the app roster. So you have to go in person to have someone spill the tea... And they won't even tell you if they moved EVEN IF IT IS WITHIN THE COMPANY NAME CUZ SOME ARE FRANCHISED AND SOME ARE COMPANY OWNED. That sounds sick and vile as if there is competition within the Brand.
Start taking appointments for regulars who have their own stylists and still offer WALKINS -cuz your app only schedule WALKINS. Waiting for Meek for an hour as an app signin is not an appointment after walking in at her app in time only to be told she would be in an hour after....

Sherrica at Brier Creek in Raleigh, NC cut my hair and did a great job. I did not know what to expect but she worked with ease and made me feel comfortable. She tapered the hair around my neck which I was always nervous about doing concerned with how it would look, but it looks good and the service was good.
The customer service is always 110%.
I travel 70 miles one-way just to get my hair and beard trimmed.
The hot towel and massage treatment is absolutely wonderful.

Great service and I walked out feeling like a Million bucks!! Once I got home even my wife and daughter were happy to me "lined up". I normally cut my own hair but wanted a treat and wasn't disappointed. May just have to stop doing it myself.

I was first available and wow did I have the best experience with Whitni. She is quick, efficient and my hair cut was perfect. She trimmed my beard, recommended a beard oil which she applied and explained the purpose, and proper way to apply. I did purchase and use it daily.
Whitni is a professional. I use several of the GIBS products, Top Down, Man Wash and now the Beard oil and they all are high quality and get the job done. Please do something special for Whitni. Remember, the customer is always right. Wink.
