I had my haircut and informed the hairdresser that I wanted my haircut in a specific way. She said “the customer gets what the customer wants.” But when the hair cut was done. I’m very displeased because the left side of my hair was arched while the right side was straight as I wanted. I requested I didn’t want sideburns but she faded it instead.
I enjoyed the conversation but I’m hesitant of going back unless Kelly does my hair. I just wish she works more on the weekends.
The stylists are talented and friendly. They products sold there are top-notch.

Schedule ahead of arrival, courteous staff & barbers hair as directed. Wake Forest staff much more service oriented than the ones in Raleigh on Falls & Spring Forest Rd.

I always get a great cut - no missing sections of my hair. Consistent length. If I ask to take more off, no big deal. Love the shampoo and back massage!
