Knowing that the specificity of the ADM program has had its infrastructure in place for quite some time. This is a great way for the younger athlete to try as many different activities as they can which ultimately allows them to use a wide variety of muscles. Once they’re ready for specialization the more successful they’ll be due to the number of different muscles being used.

The PGA.Coach is an amazing program and I am very happy to have the help and support from the PGA to make a successful program. In the past, I have thought the PGA is great for networking and having that professional status but not alot of help from the PGA.
