The staff was very friendly when we came in. Shyanne did a nice job finding out what my 10-year-old son had in mind for his haircut, and he looked great when she was done. More importantly, she was friendly and kind to him. What she didn't know is that he struggles with sensory issues and has been afraid to get his haircut since he was little. This was his first time getting it done professionally in many years. He was very nervous, but Shyanne made him feel at ease right away and he had a huge smile the whole car ride home knowing that he not only looks good, but that he doesn't have to be afraid of the hair salon anymore. Thanks, Shyanne!!!
