The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I have natural curly hair. They have given me tricks to styling it and cut it exceptionally well. Curly hair can be a pain, but they are great.

The gal, I'm sorry I forgot her name was warm and professional. She gave me a great cut. My only problem with Sports Clips is that you can't retain your staff. Darn near every time I come in there are new staff and the last person I had a month ago is already gone. That would include management as well. You really need to fix that!

I walked in when I was supposed to be there and they were ready for me. I was in and out in 20 minutes with a great haircut
The neck massage is a fantastic addition that I had no idea was part of the experience. After a stressful day getting my hair washed after a haircut and the head massage is marvelous but the neck massage sealed the deal for me. And of course such friendly and professional staff.

Find the stylist I would like to cut my hair and get in line for that individual and work my schedule to fit when I can go and get my hair cut.
If that person isn’t working, I can see when they will be available and come back to the app and set my time up.
It is a handy way for me to utilize my time to get my needs met.
