Your stylist (Carolan) was excellent as expected.
Your check in software left something to be desired. My original schedule had a little over two hour wait. While on my way (I arrived five minutes early) the software had me scheduled for fifteen minutes out. Within several minutes as was notified I was on deck.
I arrived several minutes later, and was scheduled for 25 minutes later?
I was ok with the delay, but I feel your notifications could be closer to reality.
