Erica went above and beyond, i recently had surgery on my head for cancer removal and stitches and plastic surgey, and after I asked her to be aware of that area on my scalp she took care to not drag a comb over it and she was just great with patience and attitude and professionalism. This was at the Standale location next to Uccello’s.

I’ve been to the holland location several times and the third time I was there she was wondering why there were any notes on my hair cut style, I guess previous stylist did not make notes but the stylist I say made sure she made note which I appreciate I don’t remember her name but she was amazing!
