What I like most about your products & services is Jade. She greets me every time with a beautiful smile and a really good Aura that is hard to explain. She is excellent & consistent at cutting hair & at suggesting products that will make me look better. Jade is very efficient in her role a SC and the dialogue we engage makes the time fly by. In my humble opinion, Jade deserves a raise as there is no one better at their job at that location than Jade!

I always choose the VIP service. I like the haircut, the hair wash and massage. The hot towel sends over the top. Then the hair dry and massage are relaxing.
I’m in a wheelchair and they are always so accommodating I stay in my chair. They cut my hair and make me feel comfortable. Make me feel like just a regular guy getting a haircut they never complaining or make any faces which I’m here to tell you that’s happened to me not at sports clips, but other places very impressed by the compassion and customer service that you offer. I appreciate it a lot.
