I like the online check in.
I'm a quiet guy, and I'm not much for small talk. When I went in to get my haircut, the lady asked me if the notes from the last time I was there was fine or if they needed an update. We decided to update. Then she kindly asked what my plans were for the weekend. And I kind of gave a short answer. Because I'm not one for talking. It seems she picked up on that. And so the talking was at a minimum the rest of the time. With a few questions about how the haircut was looking and if I wanted anymore touch ups. I think it's amazing how she was able to pick up on the fact I don't talk much. Some will still try to push out a conversation, which isn't bad. But I appreciate the fact that I was able to enjoy the haircut with the silence. As for the haircut. She did an amazing job. It looks great. I unfortunately didn't catch her name, but if I did, I would recommend her to everyone. Professionally she was a 10/10. Unprofessionally she's an 11/10. Very cute.
