I want to be clear - I like my hair stylist. Jade is awesome. She is very attentive and delivers a consistently great haircut. She takes feedback well and works with me to help me look my best. She is the reason I go to Sportclips.
To be honest, you need to break out your rating system from the stylist and whether I would actually recommend your business to someone. To be frank, the booking mechanism sucks. I want to pick a time, show up when I’m supposed to, and have it be done. The only reason I go to your establishment is the person who cuts my hair. Jade is great. Your company actually wastes a ton of my time with your ridiculous scheduling system. For that reason, I would not recommend that people go to sport clips, but I do say if you’re looking for a good cut, and you have time to waste, Jade is great.
And from a company standpoint, to combine the service aspect of an individual with the overall architecture of how your operational systems work is ridiculous and it’s bad data.
I’d like a follow up, please.

Annie is the best! Another’s great haircut! She cuts my hair, my oldest son’s hair and his son’s hair. Three generations and all three of us get the best haircuts.
