I love checking in before arrival. I love choosing the location with the appropriate wait time. Once arrived, my wait is usually very brief. I love that you keep track of my preferences. And love the price.

The quality haircut, the hot towel, and the soothing wash are great to have and that is why Sport Clips is the only place I frequent for a haircut.
Everytime I have went to Sport Clips I get outstanding service. By far my favorite stylist is Kait. She is a true master of her craft. She is truly a cut above the rest, prun intended.

The app is very helpful, when it works, I can at least request a stylist and it gives me wait times. I have learned to show up more than 5 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. I have been shut out a couple of times and had to wait longer. No big deal as I know it’s not an appointment. My stylist, Kim, has always been a professional and gets the job done well.
