Korin rocks! The whole team is always friendly and keeps the place clean and inviting. Korin always provides an excellent cut with a great balance between being personable and professional. She ensures a timely cut, but never makes me feel rushed. In her absence, Wendy and others have provided great cuts and service as well. My son and I have been going to the Kalamazoo, West Main location for years and plan on it for many more to come! Thanks Sport Clips, Korin for a great experience and value at every visit.

Amazing haircut, I've had in the past a few bad experiences it's some employees who chopped my hair and didn't do what I wanted, I was a little Leary of going again! But this time my mind was blown away, she did a amazing job, all new faces I haven't seen their before! I will be going again and telling others to go their as well!
I’ve been coming to sports clips for several years and to this location for 3. I have always had a good experience. This last visit actually was kinda crazy because my debit card was locked when I got to the register and I had no other form of payment. The manager was very understanding and allowed me to go to my bank to get the situation resolved. In the end I was able to come back and pay my bill with no issues.

I think it would be nice if the ladies would try to be a little quicker between cuts. It's weird sitting there waiting and they are talking amongst themselves, seeminlgy not in any hurry for the next customer.

I love that Korin takes such great care of me at the west main location. She is an over-achiever. The hot towels, the line up, the fade….Korin is a goddess in the haircut game. If she leaves, many will follow.

Speaking solely for the Portage Michigan Sams Club location , the last three stylists are fantastic in their craft and will only wish to have them each time I bring myself and my son in for our hair cuts. They do a great job and they pay attention to the details. Also they are friendly and professional. Kinda rare these days so I would do what it takes to keep them.
