The pool and sauna are what I use the most. Both are available when I need them, so I'm grateful for the availability.
I have only experienced Aqua Fit with Dawn three times a week and I love this class. We exercise every joint in our bodies and we have fun too. I plan on trying out the fitness equipment in the near future.

I swim four times a week and I love the pool.

Love Dawn’s water workouts. Keeps me mobile with no pain.
I have not found many activities to participate in - but also my schedule is variable. I like the open gym times and the lap swim
My main draw is the pool for swimming laps. I've been very happy utilizing the pool.
My daughter came home everyday and seemed to have really enjoyed her day at camp.

The themes
My child had a great time at the Westshore YMCA camp this summer! She found the activities fun and engaging. She enjoyed the other children in the camp.
They had a change in staffing during the summer and did not notify the parents. I would have liked a heads up to know who was going to be with my kid or leading the programs.
I am just there for the machines and walking I love you machines they enable me to get a complete workout and walking indoors in the winter It’s really convenient. I’m there early in the morning and Mike the guy who opens up is a really great person

You have the friendliest staff hands down of any Y I have ever attended! The pool and pool area are not freezing cold. So thankful!
I also appreciate the Westshore has separate saunas for the males and females! Yippee!

Pure Strength
Appreciate the frequency and timing of the classes. Rosie, Melissa & Liam are all great, enthusiastic & knowledgable.
The warm friendly atmosphere the minute I walk into their French Creek YMCA. Rain or shine. All employees will greet everyone with a smile and acknowledge how happy they are to see their members that day.
I like going to the Zumba classes there, but the building is pretty outdated and the women's locker room is not great
