I like the separate Senior Room
I like the people, both the staff and the people exercising there. I come in wearing a smile and meet a lot of great people. When I ask someone about an exercise they are doing or something else, I always get a friendly reply.
It’s not just a gym, it’s a place for both the mind and body.

Pleasant, welcoming staff at front desks. Cleanliness. Never crowded. Social distancing easy.
Workout equipment/pool
I have only used exercise equipment.
I have not participated in any programs or structured activities.
The senior room, bingo, swimming and different trips during the summer and all the exercise programs.
The Silver Sneakers classes make exercising fun. I also like the senior exercise room which is quiet and as social as one chooses.
The Warrensville Heights YMCA is very helpful in assisting in my daily physical fitness program.
I like the workout classes.
Incredible staff, so welcoming and helpful. Very clean and beautiful Y. Staff makes sure to spray and clean everything to keep us safe during covid. Pool is clean and a great temperature. Basketball court is awesome. Love the stretch out/warm up rooms along the side of the weight area. Big windows let in all the natural light. Great facility with a great team!

The Warrensville Y has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's good to see many repeat visitors. Staff makes routine efforts to keep equipment sanitized.
I use equipment only and do not participate in any programs...yet.
Every one is very helpful and cheerful. I like the diversity of the programs that are available.

Right now I just come for water Aerobics which I enjoy.
I like this Y. People are very helpful, professional, and friendly. There are an abundance of activities for the members. The facility is always clean. The executive director is very approachable. He interacts with the members like he is part of their family, not someone paying for a membership.
I do wish the pool had more and earlier hours for the members.
