I usually go 3 or 4 times weekly in the early mornings. I have gotten to know early morning seniors like myself. The location is great for me, 5 minutes aways, and the atmosphere is great. I have encouraged more seniors to come to meet others seniors and to take care of their bodies by exercising, we only get one!

I like the classes that I attend. I like the instructors for my classes on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday now I’ll finish try and do water aerobics on Wednesday and Friday. Thank you very much.

I love your program , the program has helped me to take better care of myself. I feel like I have a reason to live. I have met wonderful people just like me I know I'm not alone. The staff is amazing I look to them like my family. I really love and care each of them in a special way. My God abilities I always tell people my story and where they can go and where they they can join and enjoy themselves
