Mostly I love that you have classes for seniors…. I love the walking track and many of the machines. I want to stay active and the Y offers many opportunities to do that.

It's friendly and clean with nice workout machines. There is also a nice social aspect to going to the Y.

The north Royalton YMCA has the best instruters and activity programs . It is a great place to go exercising and meet and make lots of friends.

The showers in the male locker room are still not good. The water pressure is poor and when someone flushed the water turns very hot.

There are many classes to choose from plus there are workout machines and a walking track & swimming pool. There is something for everyone.

I like treadmills, machines and sauna. I wish they had a sci fit arm bike.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Because of arthritis, I am limited in what I cam do for exercise, so I appreciate the group activities in the shallow and deep water with Kim.

I wish you didn't require calling a day ahead to schedule a spot in the groups. I realize space is limited, however.

I miss the "water walking" with Evelyn which we had before the COVID shut down. We'd walk for 40 minutes in a huge circle in the shallow end. It sometimes accommodated 25 people! Walking back and forth as we do now limits us to smaller space and actiivities.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Silver sneakers classes. Swim exercise teachers vary the exercise each session & are instructive & encouraging. Chair yoga classes instructive as well. The desk staff are so friendly & provide instructive information. They are like family

I'm a huge water exercise fan and really enjoy the classes. Just wish boot camp would be brought back.
