Very convenient to house
I like that the YMCA offers so many diversified classes during the day. The pool has open lap swimming almost all day. It has a lot of workout machines and a nice walking track.

I am stopping by to use the walking track. I usually go to Seven Hills rec but they are closed for annual maintenance. A very nice facility.
Wonderful and effective programs! I can always go at my own pace. All instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly.

There is a great schedule of water activities at times that work for me (late morning, early afternoon.) Everyone is friendly. I have already recommended this Y to four people.
Just started on the treadmill. When I get comfortable with that, I already have in mind a couple of machines that I'd like to try. In particular the leg weights and the stationary bike. Everyone is very nice and welcoming.
