Variety of programs and activities
Great equipment, clean, courteous staff. Only issue is your staff needs to monitor equipment users, some never wipe down equipment after using. Should not be up to users to police.
Great pool and exercise room
I like coming in to exercise. I have a routine, and it keeps me fit. Also, people are mostly friendly.
I come to the Geauga Y to swim in the pool. I like the Wednesday morning Tai Chi class in the pool at 8:15. I like the hot tub as well.
Good variety of classes. Friendly and knowledgeable instructors. Class atmosphere is motivational.
I like the smallness and friendly atmosphere at West Park. I have recently been to a couple of other locations and I like mine the best!
I like the fact that the rates - especially family rates - are reasonable, that some insurances allow us to have membership, that the people and especially the staff are so wonderful (I think that's the most important thing for me) and that there is so much variety. Also, the facilities are so clean and well-cared for.
I have my own workout routine; but, have options to join in senior activities. Plus, there is always a staff member available to answer any questions regarding the equipment and how to use it properly to benefit my workout time.
Facilities are roomy, bright and clean. Instructors are phenomenal. I'm in the Live Strong program and I love Beth, Christine, and Shannon. They all have a terrific sense of humor, very caring, and make working out a lot of fun!

There are so many great options for our kids, ourselves and together as a family!

All of the instructors have a great attitude. I like the way that they remind us to drink our water. I like when they tell us what muscles we should be feeling things in, that way we know that we are doing the exercise correctly. I like the greeting when we walk in. The parking lot is wonderful now that it has been repaved.

I am currently in the LiveStrong program and the instructors are amazing!! I never thought this program would be as fantastic as it is and I'm going to hate it coming to an end. Thanks to Christine, Beth and Shannon, we've learned how to properly use the equipment at the Y, we've learned how to keep our minds and bodies strong and to enjoy who we are and we've learned all about the programs available to us after the program ends. Can't wait to continue to use the facility and take advantage of the many programs thanks to these awesome ladies. These instructors need to be acknowledged for the outstanding effort and program they have put forth.
