The pool

I don’t use any of the programs

You offer a variety of activities and classes to accommodate any fitness level. The facility itself has a pool, gymnasium, weight room, plus specialized offerings that I'm not even familiar with! The Y also accommodates all age levels, from infants to senior citizens. It clearly is interested in drawing from every level of population! It's conveniently located and the staff is professional and friendly.

Yes. I LOVE the evening programs. They are challenging and fun.

Senior balance and strength class has really made a difference in my walk and how I feel. I like the 11am time of the class.

The instructors take a personal interest in the people who attend their classes. Everyone is very friendly and positive.

I enjoy yoga, the workout area with top notch machines. The people are super nice and it is truly a community center that welcomes all.

I love the water classes and those for seniors

I like the breadth of exercise programs. I like it that the instructors always know how to modify an exercise to avoid injury.

Pickleball

Good hours for lap swim, amount of equipment in cardio weight room

I love the active Older Adults program. Diane does a great job of organizing a lot of great activities. She is a very welcoming and friendly person. I also love the senior fitness classes run by Melanie and Sue. They both do a great job of leading great and healthy work outs for our age group. They both are also very friendly and welcoming.

Everyone is very friendly, the facility is nice and there are a lot of opportunities.

There is something for everybody. Instructors are knowledgeable and energetic. Desk staff is friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and well-appointed.
