Group exercise classes
I love the EGYM. The front desk staff is outstanding! Always very helpful.
One thing you can do better in the workout room is better coaching for new members on gym etiquette. People are constantly cutting in front of me or taking 45 sec to a minute to wipe down their machines. They don’t seem to get that it’s a circuit.
I like the trips that the Active Older Adults take. It's nice to get out with other people and leave the driving to someone else.
Water arobics is my ❤️ favorite
Well managed, well scheduled fun and age appropriate.
Amanda in Chardon made it very easy to enroll and she layed out the practice & game schedules for our groups.
Good variety of classes, I particularly like BODY PUMP with mixture of young and older people.
However, I don't like Pickleball settings. There is not enough space available from the court; though Diane said it's okay to step in to serve. If I did so, people complained and majority of the people are overly aggressive.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and the activities coordinator does a great job with the seniors !!!!!
Great instructors, and a variety of activities/classes to choose from. Love it here!

Very safe and age appropriate
The life guards are the best! They take a lot of grief from people and handle themselves very professionally.

Programs and activities are appropriate for my age group, yet are challenging. The staff in every departments is wonderful!!!

I like the opportunity, variety, and scheduling availability of the Ys programs. There is room for anyone to find an activity at a time which is convenient to them and their families.
I appreciate there is also a trainer available whenever I am working alone and have a question.
There are a variety of activities to get you in shape and keep you there. Whether you prefer group classes or solo workouts, there is something for everyone at the Y.

My favorite location! Spacious, spotless, friendly staff.
Weight room area huge! Swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, clean, functional.
Amy at the pool, very friendly, helpful.
University hospital rehab is adjacent so if ya need BP checked or anything, right there.
I like the gym.
Takes too long to register for a membership. Was not communicated that there was a fee for using a credit card. Yearly membership was from first of month and NOT pro-rated, so I paid for 20 days that I did not attend. This is not a fair way to treat a new member. Good facility, but a raw deal.
Flexible programs super sweet staff
I enjoy pickleball and the pool.
I like the kettle ball, aqua aerobics and lap swim the best. I am also looking forward to being able to take a spin class in a group environment
