Like the classes. Good mix of different types of exercises geared toward seniors but still challenging.

I haven't taken the time to join in any of the classes yet, but the schedule has plenty of options. The crafts with Debbie sessions are a nice way to socialize. The fitness center has a nice variety of equipment.

A month with no heat in one of the main gym areas? Still not working?
department could use some help

The pool has been having trouble all year as I understand, that is by heresay.

The staff is great, the facility's are clean, that is a plus.

I like the classes (silver sneakers), instructors, and welcoming atmosphere. I feel comfortable and safe. And it's fun!

The exercise class instructors are knowledgeable, capable, and personable. The Sliver Sneakers classes are adaptable to all levels and provide a good work out.
