Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit,es wird sofort geholfen auch ohne Termin.
Die fachliche Kompetenz ist hervorragend.....
In meinem Fall wollte mir ein anderes Fahrradgeschft
einen neuen Akku für 725€ verkaufen...., hier wurde der Fehler sofort erkannt, ein neues Update für 6,50 € !!!
aufgespielt und schon war das Problem behoben.
Auch die anschließende Inspektion unserer beiden Fahrräder für je 85€ , innerhalb 24 Stunden, ohne Termin !!! wurde zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit durchgeführt.....weiter so....!!
