My 12 year old son really enjoys the tutoring. He currently has a C in his math class and is working on raising his grade. Mathnasium is making math fun for him...something he hasn’t had in quite some time.

I went to Mathnasium in September after receiving my daughter’s end of 7th grade ACT scores. Her math score was staggeringly low. The highest grade on her final report card was a C in Language Arts and PE. I didn’t want 8th grade to start off where 7th grade left off.

From the beginning of September to the end of November, my daughter went to Mathnasium three times a week. It has motivated her and lifted her confidence in math. I didn’t think I’d see results like this and so soon. The first trimester report card came out. My daughter got a B in math, an A+ in Science, a B in Language Arts, an A in history and an A in PE. She made the Honor Roll for the very first time since she’s been in school.

This program is excellent and it works. My daughter is so motivated and is obsessed with her school grades now. This program has a reward system and the students collect stars on their cards for completing work. My daughter is saving up her cards to earn the Apple Earbuds and every time she gets a new card, she gets so excited that she is closer to her goal.

It is a pleasure for me to state me experience with Mathnasium. My daughter had been struggling with math-- lots of avoidance and frustration. Mathnasium has figured out how to help my daughter understand math in a way that works with her learning style. After only a few months, I have watched her shift from frustrated and discouraged to happy and confident about math. With her new skills and techniques, her grades have improved, and her confidence is apparent in other subjects, too. The tutors have reached her mind and her heart, and every week, she looks forward to going to Mathnasium. The techniques and methods she has learned will help her throughout her academic path-- no doubt, the best investment we could've made for her.
