I've been growing hair all my life, it's just the canvas from which true artists, like your amazing team of professionals, can work their skill and talent. The service and courtesy provided to each customer is top-notch. Combined with high-performance, friendly atmosphere, and even patience serving particularly fidgety little ones (yes some of us do watch from the sidelines) - there's only one place I'll continue to get my hair cut and that's Sport Clips of Plainview. Pre-Christmas haircut and the shop was super busy, yet Mattie and Sherrie did a great job of managing the flow and delivering a great haircut.
I like this particular location. The location nearest to me has some issues with availability. It seems like that store is overworked, and I'm not sure it's shocking to know that that store had 180+ minute wait times while this last location had a 18 minute wait time. I went there, got in and got my haircut. It was wonderful experience, and better than the location closest to me. It seems busy, but i'm concerned that with the amount of traffic in there, and the amount of people staffed there, that people might get frustrated. I don't think it'd be wise to close this location or "go in and clean house", but it might be wise for you all to help as you are able to in order to get the closer location in better shape. I feel bad for the overworked stylists there. The location from my last recent haircut, was an amazing experience
I was impressed with my last haircut. I had a new stylist cut my hair at the Middletown branch. Eric was his name and he did a fantastic job! I will definitely request Eric in the future.

I go every two weeks and always get an amazing cut. Mattie always does a great job. Best part of SportClips is the ability to check in online and choose who you want if they did your hair great last time.

I’ve been a S Clip customer for 15 years at 2 different locations. I have always received great service. Employees are always professional & friendly.
The most important thing is that I get a haircut by someone who is experienced in cutting hair and good at her job. And That's what I get at Sport Clips every time.
The VIP treatment is a nice cherry on top. I've been to two different Sport Clips locations so far, and I'm happy with the results at both places. Obviously this franchise has a winning formula.
Stacey, as always was great. The online cue portal is terrible. I had a limited time to get my hair cut and had a 3 hour wait when I signed on shortly after Stacey was scheduled to work. We should be able to sign up for a stylist before they come to work. Doesn’t it make sense that the stylist should have people there when they arrive instead of waiting to sign up after they start? I have a 30 minute drive to the store and would like the opportunity to sign up for a prompt haircut and not wait 3 hours.
