#1. I DO NOT like the new website design and scheduling features!!!!!!!!!!!! It is AWFUL!!! What happened to the old website??? The new design is so obnoxious and difficult to use it is enough to motivate me to go somewhere else. I cannot obtain any information about a local store without logging into my account, a three-step process, then I am booted out after a short time. I use a desk top computer. I am also a veteran, disabled, retired, limited mobility, and have neurological damage. Translation, finger control/dexterity is difficult, and vision is impaired, which means typing is a time-consuming, frustrating challenge. Using your current website design on a "smart phone" is impossible. It is too difficult to determine stylists who are working/available, their availability, waiting times, etc. The accuracy of the system is also questionable. I check scheduling and 4-6 stylists are listed; I check again 30-60 minutes later when I know I am available to commit to an appointment, and only 2 stylists are listed. Later, I check my scheduled wait time, only to be surprised by finding the original list of stylists listed, to include my preferred stylist, but unable to reschedule the stylist. I arrive at the store to find 4 working. The stylists on duty state the website change was a surprise to them, and it is the single biggest COMPLAINT the customers have!!!! Fix it or I will find my own solution at another barber shop!!
#2. The services provided at the store are excellent. Friendly, courteous, considerate staff providing a quality haircut meeting my directions.
More than just a great haircut! The MVP Experience is terrific….the shampooing combined with scalp massage, the hot towel and the neck and shoulder massage, all while watching sports on tv!!!, make this a top-notch service. Add to that Becky’s outgoing and genuine personality and you’ve got something special I’ve never experienced at any other barbershop. Do yourself a favor and go in for an MVP appointment today!

The Staff is everything. Never have they failed to connect with you on a human level, and deliver exactly the cut you asked for. Can't say enough about the South Hurstbourne (Louisville KY) location.
