The staff is always friendly. I went up there for a beard trim and a haircut they did a great work.
The ladies are friendly and cheerful. There never seem to be more than three of them and sometimes the wait can be longer than I would like so go I go elsewhere. When I get my hair cut there they always do a fine job.

I like the person that cuts my hair. It is a struggle going "pot luck " on new stylists, and the new app allows me to select only the people I know that do a good job and steer clear of those I've been unhappy with in the past. Tiffany does a great job.

They take the time to get our hair done the way we want it and are very friendly and accommodating. Kari is so nice and does such a great job. She is the only one that does our hair.

Online check-in allows me to know a rough estimate when my haircut will be scheduled and I don't have to sit and wait for very long before it happens. The staff is always friendly and double checks what I want done based on the notes they have
