I like that the hair stylist asks and truly listens to what I want to see at the end of the cut and then comes through. Also, the friendliness of the stylist and helping me feel at ease that everything will be as i expect it to be.

Lilly was our stylist today and she did such an amazing job! She was incredibly patient with my son as this was his second haircut, he’s two years old and was scared at moments but she was extremely patient and kind with him. There was one moment where he started to get antsy and was going to cry but she put her tools down and gave him a couple of minutes to calm down before proceeding and that to me was so incredibly sweet of her. She praised him throughout the whole process and worked with me to provide him with the best haircut experience he can have. I also used a Inspo picture and she absolutely nailed it and I love how my son’s hair turned out! I will plan on bringing my son back to her from now on due to her amazing skills and customer service! Thank you Lilly!!
