Wanted to let you know the lady that washed and blew dried my hair Saturday 2/19 was either very new and needs additional coaching or may not be up to Max FX standards. She combined the conditioner with the oil and I never got the “temple massage”. Also blow dry was poor. Left with some damp hair and some parts were still frizzy and she didn’t put much product on it. She seemed timid to blow dry aggressive enough to tame frizzy or thick hair. The team is usually spot on, but she may need mentoring.

I really like my stylist. She's skilled and efficient. Also, the scheduling system, including reminder texts, make it very easy to make and keep appointments.
Javier is who usually takes care of me but with a change in plans, Megan handled the job and did fantastic! Megan has a lovely personality and certainly knows what she's doing! MaximumFX is a fabulous salon with lots of talented stylists. They make you feel right at home and taper things to your liking. Highly recommend MaximumFX for your next hair styling appointment!

McKenna did an amazing job on my hair. I went in for a big change - from long hair to short, and she gave me a really stylish and fun haircut. She took her time, looked through the photos I had pinned, and gave me advice on how to style my hair.

Everything was great with my root color appointment. I would like to give a big thank you to Brandon who washed my hair. He really rinsed my hair well before washing it and for the first time ever I didn’t have hair color staining on my scalp. It’s amazing! He also massages your scalp while rinsing the color out which was awesome! He’s a keeper!
