I wasn't happy with the initial visit and they immediately corrected it. We aren't always happy with a service and to me it's important that a company doesn't brush you off with a too bad attitude. This place went above and beyond to make me happy and that tells me they have integrity.

The hours are great and I think the prices are very reasonable.

Dogtopia Lionhead is much different from the corporate locations. They are more personable when it comes to dealing with customers and more importantly the furry friends that visit their location. They take pride in what they do. The daily activities they provide for the dogs is a great example as not all locations do this. I moved my pup from a corporate location to this amazing facility that I will be sure to recommend to all my friends with fur babies.

All the staff are so friendly and engaging, in particular Katrina, Dorianna, and Adrian. The customer experience is top notch. My puppy, Augie loves going to daycare so I know he is treated very well. He runs in and never looks back. We are very satisfied clients since we know Augie is very happy there!!
