The staff are very friendly. Customer service and quality care is the differentiator in retail. Dogtopia of Lionhead does a very good job of caring for their clients and their clients owners. Sometimes things happen that are out of our control. But when they do Dogtopia makes the efforts to learn and correct for the safety and comfort of our pets. I’m feel confident my best friend is in good hands when he spends time at Dogtopia of Lionhead

Our puppy had his first visit at Dogtopia Lionhead this week and what a great experience it was !
Hank played all day and was loved and looked after by wonderful dog lovers. The staff was welcoming and really knew their stuff when it came to understanding the breed. Jack Russell’s are very high energy and bark alot!
Both Hank and I were impressed and I’m telling everyone about our time there. I was watching him throughout the day on the webcam which was really fun to do. Can’t wait for our next visit

Raz has had an amazing experience at Dogtopia. He came home very happy and tired out from his active day of play. Just after a couple of days he seems to have socially adapted to all the other dogs and and is even more calm with our 3 year old Havanese. I highly recommend Dogropia and will definitely be taking Raz in on a more regular basis.

Love that you guys have webcams to see what the dogs are doing during the day, really eased any worries I had!

My puppy loves to visit Dogtopia Lion Head location. The staff is nice and caring. The webcam access is really helpful and easy to use. We get to see him play with other dogs in the room. They have flexible schedule and long hours that really works well with our schedule.
Would certainly recommend their services!!

We truely enjoy the staff at Dogtopia of Lionhead, they are genuine and caring individuals who truly love our fur babies.
They always interacting with our dogs they make sure they're safe while they are having fun with other dogs. As a dog owner I never feel rushed out of the facility when they are having a hectic day, they are pleasant and always willing to answer your questions.
Most of all you can tell they treat our dogs well, as they are always waging their tales when ever we are dropping them off for a play day. Keep up the good work!!🐾🐾

The service was amazing. The people working there treated us so nicely. They were even patient with my dog when he might not want to cooperate. These people are the most professional groomers out there and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very friendly staff, accommodating, very detailed and I like how the trainers/dog watchers correct the dogs right away when a dog is misbehaving or unwanted behaviour.

I love the daycare aspect and especially love the staff!
