The one-on-one help is fantastic, and the instruction has raised their confidence with math. Would give a rating of 10 if an option of single visits, or even one-month at a time, was available.

When he first started in the 8th grade, he went from a frustrated, struggling student in math to a straight A student, and he has maintained that since then, typically getting A's in math each and every report card.

My kid was at Mathnasium today. She went there and came home with her homework not done and not tutored because there were only 2 staff today. One tutor helped her halfway and moved on to help the other kids. She asked the other tutor/manager for help and was told she couldn’t help her with the math problem. So we basically paid for help n got none today.
It’s a good center that has helped my kids in the past, but lately after the change of management, many things have changed as well.
It’s an amazing program, the staff is very helpful and they also encourage the kids to do better

Our son, Connor started going to Mathnasium in 7th grade and he went from a student struggling to make C's to a student consistently making mostly A's and a B now and then. He is now in 10th grade and he has in High School made mostly straight A's in Math and an occasional B. His classmates go to him for help. Connor still attends Mathnasium and we plan to keep him enrolled in Mathnasium through the end of his senior year in High School. Thank you for a great program, it has been and continues to be invaluable to our son Connor. He actually really enjoys going, if he hits a significant milestone, he loves being able to pick out a candy treat to take home.
