Excellent staff, both dogs come back exhausted but full of fun energy, and separation of dogs based on their personalities which has been fantastic for our puppy, along with older dog. The customer service and overall positive vibes from DogTopia are outstanding.

It is so easy to make appointments on the app. Churro loves going to daycare. They always take such good care of my little old man. I can work worry free knowing he is being looked after and having fun with his friends.

Convenience

Our dog is old and needs to be treated very gently. I feel like they were tender and careful with him. They also were efficient in checking that my dog was up to date on all of his shots.

Sarah and Brooke were great, they explained the evaluation process and made it really efficient, and Ozzy had a great day. Being able to check in on him via the webcams while sitting on lift chairs was awesome. Would def recommend.

It is a great environment, happy, fun and safe for my dog. Staff is friendly, professional and always makes us feel like they are excited to see my little guy. My dog always seems like he has had a great time at Dogtopia.

We love Dogtopia and so does Genevieve. The employees are so friendly. We like the ability to watch the play online and the fact that there is always someone in attendance to watch over the dogs for safety. The facility is very clean.

Fletcher loves going to Dogtopia although he is excited to see the the pups, he seems just as happy to sleep!! The staff are wonderful and I can always tell by Fletcher's reaction that he can't wait to get out of the car. He knows where we are going when we tell him he is going to play with the puppies - head is hanging out the window the whole way there.

As always, I enjoy the services Dogtopia provides. They've helped my once timid and fearfully aggressive dog blossom into a more well rounded and confident pup.

It's also very nice to be able to watch her on the webcams and know she's safe and under well trained supervision.

They are clean, great customer service and they treat our dog like family. Our dog is so excited to be there every time we drop him off. It’s also fun the check in on the webcams to see how much fun he’s having throughout the day. It’s great socialization for him and much better than sitting home alone while we are at work.

You people are great with Buddy. The personnel are wonderful and take a personal interest in him. I also like your Holladay art projects and fun games and treats. I’ve always thought that a Company is only as good as the people who work there and I truly think you’re all great. Thanks for taking such good care of Buddy.

I like the promptness with which you respond to inquiries, concerns, and requests. Case in point: my dog was not doing well with another dog in The Gym, so was moved into the Romper Room. But this meant her separation from her BFF in The Gym. When I pointed this out, her canine buddy was moved to the Romper Room, too, with his family's permission. Two very happy dogs and one problem solved.

We love Holladay Dogtopia! Everyone at Dogtopia takes great care of Lucy. All of their employees are awesome! She's always excited for her big day at doggie daycare and can't wait to go inside to see all of her doggie friends. It's fun to be able to see what she's doing on the webcams they have too! The ladies were very kind when I had my appointment with my dog Cooper. Great idea for dogs and we will definitely be bringing Cooper back.

I love bringing my dog, Moose, here because he is treated kindly. There are three different rooms for different sizes and activity levels of dogs. I always bring home a tired pup!

They did a great job with the spa services I had. I especially appreciated how helpful they were with scheduling. They even contacted my vet to get my dogs immunization record.

All the staff was very friendly and professional. I paid for spa services for my sweet rescue dog and they did a great job--bath, ear and teeth cleaning and ground her nails. They did a much better job of grinding her thick and sharp nails than any groomer I've had, and even better than my vet. I really appreciate that, as her nails can really scratch, and they need to be ground as low as possible. Thank you!
