Great staff and great service. One suggestion would be to track the number of haircuts from the Sportclips Touchdown card digitally. Since the customer style of haircut is already attached to the customer profile, tracking the number of haircuts until the next half price cut would just be another field and would be more convenient for the customer and better the experience.
