Courtney is my go-to person. My hair is curly with cowlicks. It is very difficult to cut it evenly in the style I like. She has worked with me and has it down to a science. She listened, asked for feedback, and adjusted accordingly. For the service that she provides, I gave a '10'. As for the company, I am not a fan of the brand but Courtney has me loyal to going to your Clearwater Mall location and I refer friends based on my experience with her.
Fast service and I haven't had a bad haircut yet. The app is super friendly and allows you to view wait times in real time so you can show up and go right in without wasting time sitting around. It is at your convenience which is awesome!
My haircut was fantastic! Victoria did the absolute best job in styling my hair after a premium cut! Whenever I go back, which, is about every 6-8 weeks, I'll be requesting her services exclusively.

This particular salon is very close to home, has sufficient parking, and allows me to book online shortly before I have to arrive for my appointment. The stylist I prefer has hours that allow me to get work done and still be able to visit, get in and out and back to work in a very reasonable amount of time
