Jess did a great job. While getting an MVP with a hot towel on face. Jess asked if I wanted a second towel. I said, I would love one but I know you have other guests waiting in the lobby. Her reply was, “No that’s fine if you want one, this haircut and shampoo is all about you and your experience with Sports Clips”. Great response and goes to show Jess is a company girl. Great experience.
Love the scalp tingling shampoo and the massage chairs during the rinse. Love the Sports shows on TV.
