I had a haircut earlier today at the Del Prado location with Justin. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The cut I received was far from the image I showed him, which was from a previous haircut I've had. The fade was poorly done, and overall, I was very dissatisfied. To make matters worse, when I left the appointment, I still had hair all over me—so much that my wife thought they had missed spots. Since I'm in a wedding at the end of the week, I called the Pine Island location and spoke with Kassidy, who has cut my hair before. She was able to fit me in and gave me a much better haircut—I'm extremely pleased with the result. Although I initially chose the Del Prado location because of the shorter wait time, moving forward, I will gladly wait to see either Kassidy or Kimberly, as they have always gone the extra mile for me and consistently done a great job.

I asked about the Season Pass, which I purchase every six months, and was told they’ve been discontinued. Why is that? I’m happy to prepay if the overall cost is reduced!

Lori is amazing with my son. He is a 14 yr old autistic young man that usually only gets his hair cut at the VA. He personally said he only wants Lori to cut his hair outside the VA. Tha k you so much Lori for making him feel comfortable. And the high in tight is perfect and setting nicely.

This is not the first time I have sung the praises of this store. It’s always clean and sparkling and seems well managed. The staff are consistently friendly. Kimberlee - my preferred stylist - makes it her personal challenge to improve on the job she does each time, which I think is difficult because she always excels.
