Love San Mateo Studio! I have been practicing yoga there since the studio open and now my daughter and all my girlfriends go there too.
Redwood City is my favorite location of the Peninsula studios. Th studio is very spacious, clean, and bright. There’s a wide variety of classes and offerings that fit any schedule. I was a member for a majority of 2023 while I lived nearby for personal reasons and have been a loyal student of CorePower for many years. I enjoy all of the instructors especially Anna, Glo, Zoe, Madi, Caroline, Ruth, Jessica and Ashley. They are amazing!
Bummed that the class passes have an expiry date now. There are no CorePower studios with 150 miles of my home town. I like to preload my account so they when I travel and have classes available on my account. $38 for a drop is just crazy.
I loved Zeny’s class! She’s motivating and encouraging. Her calm presence and instruction made the experience all the more enjoyable. The Palo Alto studio is small and crowded but conveniently located and parking is always pretty easy.

Super friendly staff, and instructors- the studio is bright and clean I’m saying lots of time and class options- new(ish) to yoga but not to class work outs and very happy here!
The classes are amazing, the energy in the room is unmatched. The one thing I wish is that there were 7:30am classes, there is nothing offered but C1 in that slot.
I do like to come to the early morning class 6:00 or 6:15am

The vibe in the place was good. I liked the store too and best of all, my sound bath class was awesome!
I love the workouts and the instructors. I also enjoy the big room with sky lights. I do wish for earlier sculpt classes M-F at 6:00am or 6:15am. Sat and Sun at 7am or 8am would also be great.

The teachers are awesome, the class schedules and structures are great, the only reason why I am giving lower rate is because the San Mateo studio is not hot enough, and that 'small' thing defeats the purpose. Something happened to the heater in the past few months and it's no longer hot, but lukewarm yoga. Especially towards the end of class it feels like as if the AC was on, we're sweaty and cold air blows on us, it is really upsetting. The San Mateo studio is ~5 minutes from where I live, but I drive to Redwood City when I can, because it's much warmer. I'm now considering finding another studio.
Since I'm on the topic, the ladies changing room is shockingly cold, the AC is on full blown, after doing a class it really doesn't feel good to go into that room.

I enjoy taking the yoga sculpt class every now & than. Great facility and instructors.
Chase's classes are amazing and he's a great teacher. He weaves beautiful flows with challenging asanas that always leaves me fulfilled with my practice. He holds space for traditional yoga fundamentals and it's something more teachers should do to honor more aspects of the practice.
