There was only one stylist working - the day before school went back in session. It was crazy busy with > 3-hour wait. She was courteous, gave my son a great cut, took called, welcomed people that came into the store, and was professional the entire time. She could have been easily overwhelmed and have a bad attitude, but she did not. She should be rewarded for her actions. Also - you need to have more people working. It's very sad to see an entire salon sitting empty and many customers turning away at the door because the wait time is unreasonable.

Ona at your University Location is the BEST!!! She is a true professional that should be admired by her peers and acknowledged by the leadership of the organization. I have visited many other SportsClips locations and have to say that Ona is the best representative of your organization I have encountered!!! I currently drive 2+ hours each way to have her cut my hair. And clearly I am not the only one that feels that way as she is always booked up.
