As we move out of the COVID era, many other gyms and facility’s are opening their showers. It would be so much easier to come if showers were open.

The instructors are great. The schedule of classes is very convenient. I can get a sculpt class and a core 2 class while I'm there without a long wait between classes.

Absolutely amazing place. I love take classes there. Instructors are friendly and motivating. It always fun and challenging workout. Studio and bathrooms are clean. Plenty of parking! nice that I don't have to drive around in order to find where to park and be late for class. I come, park my car and enjoy my practice with amazing people around! I just started to explore yoga and thought to incorporate it into my fitness lifestyle which mostly consist of weight training and HIIT with running long distance here and there. I was interested in learning yoga because I found out that yoga is a lot of core work and we utilize our core immensely in weight training. I found out about CorePower Yoga through google search and found an amazing promo deal to get started. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. From the moment I walked into the studio, I instantly felt welcomed and my nervousness of starting something new definitely decreased. They gave me a warm welcome and instructions on where to go. Not to mention, the yoga instructor's energy, for both the 2 classes I tried out, were calm, teaching and something you can definitely use to re-store your energy from a tired work week. While it was my first time, the yoga instructors ensured that we only focused on what our body can handle and provided different option for poses if we were not able to do something. We also have a few minutes after class to gather our things so you weren't rushed out at all!
