The studio, the instructors, and the sculpt and strength classes are fabulous! My only suggestion is to offer more of the strength classes!
ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING!! Wish I had more flexibility to attend more, but I’ll most definitely be back, perhaps bring my friends and family as well. First yoga class, and won’t be the last, one of the best instructors I’ve met for working out with a group of people. Most definitely would recommend this place to people getting a nice yoga sculp full body workout. I had to burn 100 calories 😅🙏🏽

Excellent class. So awesome to see a bipoc leading the class. Ioulia is amazing. As an Indian in this country I struggle with the appropriation of yoga. She was magnificent and tried to enunciate the Sanskrit words as close as possible. We need more teachers like her.
I Love that there are so many locations so if you know your going to be stuck in traffic you can just stop at any of there locations and sweat it out. The facilities are all nice and Instructors are very professional and friendly. I’ve had a wonderful experience!

Love! The instructors are all amazing in every way. There is always a class not matter what time works for me. I like the customer group, too! One tweak: could be a little cleaner.
