Matt is an amazing teacher. I go to his class as often as possible. CPY lost a ton of amazing teachers and I hate to say it but the pickings are slim. I also love Luciana,Gina, Damon and a few others. I have been exploring other studios because the classes are hit and miss. A C2 could be challenging or it could feel like a C1 which is a bummer. I hope things get better. I know a lot of teacher have left and gone to other studios. I think you may want to ask yourselves why and try to hold on to those teachers that grow CPY. They are the heart and the attraction.
I like the flow, and it’s usually not too crowded at the Little Italy studio.
The instructor was amazing, and the class was simply wonderful.

Wowwwwwww! Matt's class was incredible! His intricate knowledge of the body felt so wonderful as he guided us through twist, turns and balances. He was supportive with his words while challenging our bodies and minds to find our personal edges. I would take his class 100 times over.

Rachael was incredibly amazing. I have never felt so taken care of at a yoga studio. I was visiting from Arizona and I am 100% committed to my studio in AZ but needed to get my yoga fix. She went over and beyond and I felt for the first time that I was learning the correct postures. I was incredibly happy with the class.
Beautiful studio great classes and felt very welcome considering this isn’t my regular location. Liked it so much I worked out 4 days on my vacation

My wife and I really like the instructor Andrea, or she now goes by Andi W. We like that the classes are usually small regardless of instructor when we come in the mid morning or early afternoon.
Love the studio. Very clean. Everyone is so friendly. Great classes. Since 2020, I’ve been coming here when in town a few times a year.
I love how friendly the studio staff is and variety of instructors and classes. I've had the best experience since becoming a member a few years ago. I appreciate the staffs resilience during the pandemic.

It would be great if each class has disinfectant spray and the citrus spray always available in the studios to clean your mat. They get used up quickly so making sure they are stocked up would be awesome.
Is it possible to get class cancellations texted in addition to email?

Andi's C2 was so good! I haven't taken an amazing C2 in years and I have nothing but amazing things to say about her class. Amy O has done SUPER well with the SD team, and Andi is a prime example of that. Love Amy, Love Andi. I'm definitely coming back to SD JUST so I can take Andi's class again.

I am on vacation in San Diego visiting from Chicago. The instructor was awesome. He offered a peaceful, judgement free and challenging class. Made individual corrections and demonstrated each pose with ease, grace and skill. Great class!!
