Great instructor, small class, and beautiful studio. I enjoyed the flow and pacing of class and welcomed the instructor's ability to observe when and where I needed modifications to accommodate my pregnancy.

Good variety and brands
The instructor was amazing! She made evening HPF casual and fun which really helped us Unwind our busy Monday. She even brought essential oils to the class! :)
