Fast and friendly service from a good morning, afternoon upon entry to how to use the system and a short wait to receive your hair cut. The stylists are professional and offer all of the other treatments in a pleasant manner. My stylist Victoriya (sp) is excellent and addresses all my needs in a friendly and again in a professional manner!
